👩‍💻 As the Solution Engineer Intern, you’ll have a front-row seat to Omogen’s growth journey and will play a critical role in supporting strategic operations and execution. This internship is ideal for an ambitious self-starter looking to gain exposure to the world of startups and make a meaningful impact on our success.

👋 You will work closely with the customer operations team to ensure that our solutions directly address customer needs and enhance their experience. Your daily work will have a significant impact on existing customers through data analysis, custom feature development, and refinement of customized agents.

Your Missions

Prompt Engineering & Product Automation

• Develop and implement custom features tailored to customer needs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Test, refine, and build structured prompts that power our voice agent across use cases and languages.
• Prototype workflows and small apps that enhance Alex’s capabilities (e.g., auto-followups, smart scoring logic).
• Help automate internal product flows using scripts and APIs.

Agent Behavior & Product Debugging

• Debug voice behavior issues and hallucinations with the team (transcriptions, routing, bad logic).
• Iterate on call flows, fallback strategies, and data capture logic.
• Tweak system messages and instructions to improve real-time performance and reduce errors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with the customer operations team to refine and optimize customized agents, ensuring they meet the specific needs of our customers
• Assist in the daily operations of customer support by providing technical insights and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Work hand-in-hand with the Product and Ops team to prioritize impactful features and experiments.
