Your Missions
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our account-based sales team, driving customer success and revenue growth. You will:
Key Account Management & Development
- Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of strategic accounts, comprising 10–20 high-value clients.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with their goals and challenges.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to deliver additional value.
Prospection & Sales Strategy
- Identify and engage new strategic accounts, leveraging account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to build relationships.
- Deliver tailored product presentations and demos to prospects, showcasing Omogen’s value.
- Lead contract negotiations and secure annual commitments from key accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor for potential customers, guiding them through the onboarding process.
Customer Support & Success Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring rapid resolution of inquiries or issues.
- Guide clients through the implementation and adoption of Omogen’s solutions, maximizing their ROI.
