Your Missions
- Own revenue end-to-end on mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Build Omogen into a land-and-expand machine across large groups and multi-entity organizations
- Structure a sales engine that can scale from first deals to multi-million ARR
Pipeline generation and outbound leadership
- Build and own outbound motion targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts only
- Explicit focus on complex, high-ACV deals, not product-led or SMB transactional sales
- Multi-thread systematically across HR, Ops, IT, Legal, and Procurement
Sales execution and deal ownership
- Own the full cycle: discovery → tailored demo with projections → integration roadmap + pricing proposal → signature
- Sell the “next step” systematically:
- 2-week AI compatibility assessment (paid) as the default post-R1 conversion step
- Scale to annual subscriptions once value is proven in production workflows
- Typical ACVs:
- Initial deals: 20k€ to 140k€
- Clear enterprise land-and-expand strategy
- Example: initial deployment at 120k€ ACV, scaling to 300–350k€ ACV within 12–24 months by expanding volume, countries, and subsidiaries
