Your Missions

Strategic Projects & Execution

• Collaborate with the CEO on defining and executing high-impact growth strategies across sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Conduct market research to refine target customer profiles and identify high-potential verticals or geographies.
• Support pricing strategy development, analyzing hybrid models (e.g., per-interview fees, subscriptions).
• Help refine Omogen’s go-to-market strategy and roadmap to reach ambitious revenue targets.

Revenue & Customer Support

• Work alongside the CEO to manage and grow key accounts, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop account management processes to strengthen relationships with strategic clients.
• Act as the customer success bridge, gathering client feedback to improve our product and customer experience.
