Your Missions
As our Business development representative intern, you’ll be on the front lines of Omogen’s growth. You’ll connect with prospective clients, foster new partnerships, and play a key role in driving revenue—all while enjoying a supportive environment that values initiative and offers fast-track career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and research potential clients, leveraging industry insights and market trends
- Conduct initial outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to establish connections and spark interest in Omogen’s solutions
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and move deals through the pipeline
- Collaborate with our CRM tools to maintain accurate records and share data-driven insights with the team
- Pitch & Demonstration
- Master Omogen’s product value proposition; confidently present AI-driven recruitment solutions to prospects
- Gather and relay feedback from sales calls to continuously refine our approach
- Client Relationship & Expansion
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and proactively engage existing customers
- Weekly Impact & Reporting
- Track and report weekly sales metrics (conversion rates, pipeline stages, etc.) to the founding team
- Act quickly on insights, iterating strategies for immediate and ongoing impact
- Communication & Marketing
- Increase Omogen’s visibility on social media (Linkedin) and develop a strong community
- Work on informative & research supports (White papers, webinaires, business cases) to engage our community
Expected Outcomes:
- Revenue Growth: Consistent pipeline development with clear contributions to monthly and quarterly sales targets
